PMGuru Studio Medspa Website Benchmark 2026
This study observes websites and public digital signals. It does not measure practice revenue growth. Sampling rules are locked before findings. Counted percentages only. No causation language.
Methodology first · No invented stats · Findings after sample complete
What this study is
I review public medspa websites across a fixed set of US markets using one scorecard. The same scorecard powers the Medspa Growth Audit. The goal is original observation PMGuru can cite, not a recycled list article.
Sampling rules (decided before findings)
- Target sample: 50 to 100 medspa sites.
- Markets: 5 to 8 competitive US metros, named when findings publish.
- Selection method will be stated before coding results. If the sample is highly visible or top-ranking sites, the published title will say so. It will not be labeled a statistically representative industry sample unless the method supports that claim.
- Only publicly observable pages and signals are scored.
- Sample date range will appear with the findings release.
Scorecard
| Area | What I measure |
|---|---|
| Search | Treatment-specific landing pages, location signals, internal links to money pages |
| Mobile | CTA persistence, booking steps, above-the-fold consult action |
| Trust | Reviews placement, credentials, physician/NP/injector visibility |
| Commercial | Pricing cues, memberships, financing, consult framing |
| Conversion | Online booking vs form, consultation paths, thank-you clarity |
| Local | GBP/site name alignment, address clarity, multi-location handling |
| Technical | Basic metadata, schema presence where visible, speed cues |
| Retention | Membership and repeat-care merchandising |
Limitations
- No Search Console or private analytics access for scored sites.
- No claim that website patterns cause revenue outcomes.
- No Maps, review-platform, or clinical quality scoring beyond what appears on the public site.
- Findings are not published until the sample is complete and percentages are counted.
Status
Methodology and scorecard are live. Counted findings will replace this status section when sampling is finished. Until then, request a for a practice-specific public-site read using the same three lenses: discoverability, decision path, and conversion path.

Not a medspa website?
$10M-$100M healthcare companies need revenue leadership, not a five-page site
PMGuru Studio is for medspa websites that turn treatment searches into booked consults. If you run a growth-stage healthcare company with stalled revenue, product-sales misalignment, or PE pressure, that work lives on the consulting side.
